1. What is a "Shared
Use" Number?
Shared use numbers are "call routed." A toll free number can be routed
to as many separate telephone numbers as necessary. A truck dealer in
Dallas can have 1-800-TRUCK TOWN pointing to their phone number in Dallas
and receive all calls from Texas, while another truck dealer in Seattle
can get all the 1-800-TRUCK TOWN calls from Washington State.
2. How do I order a
toll free number from 800 VANITY NUMBERS?
Choose one of our two generic vanity numbers and then
check
availability. If the number is available, call us at 1-800-895-1341
and we will send you the signup form.
3. Why lease a number
based on State or Province?
States have established boundaries that are understood by everyone.
Usually you will receive multiple area codes in each state or province.
If you need to reach more than one State or Province, you can lease
as many markets as you like. Most companies only market to one or two
States or Provinces and this way you only pay for what you need.

4. Can I cancel my
toll free service at any time?
Yes. There are no complicated long-term contracts. You can end your
service by giving 30 days notice.
5. Can you rush the
activation of the toll free service?
Our policy is to
have the toll-free number activated within 3-5 business days, however,
if you are in a rush for the toll-free service, then just let us know
and we will expedite your service (1-2 business days) for an additional
fee of $25.
6. If I already have
a toll free number, can I get another toll free number to ring to the
same line?
Yes, you can have as many toll-free numbers ring to one line as you
want. The new toll-free number can ring to the same line as the old
toll-free number if you like. Many companies have separate toll-free
numbers for different product lines and promotions.
7. What are the per
minute rates for each market?
After the first 120 minutes of call time (at no added charged for each
market you lease), you pay (in most markets) just 13 cents per minute.
8. Is there a set up
fee? There
is a one time $75 setup fee when you start the service.
9. Do I need to notify
my local telephone company about the toll free service?
No, our toll free service is a separate service that we setup to ring
to any local telephone number that you choose. Your local telephone
company need not be aware of your toll-free service from us.

or away from you.

a 1-877 or 1-866 toll free number?

they are far less prestigious – making your business look second rate.

increase in my ad response rate if I use a 1-800 toll free vanity number?
